Test and Process Engineer

About the job as a Test and Process Engineer:

As a test and process engineer with us at Jefferson Wells, working with our client in Sala, you will play a central role in the testing and development work. You will work practically with pilot plants, perform operational adjustments, and conduct tests in laboratory and pilot scale. The role also involves analyzing and compiling test results and contributing process knowledge for the development of new products. You will be an important part of a cross-functional team with a strong focus on improvement work and global collaborations.

Common tasks:

• Perform practical work around pilot plants and operational adjustments.
• Conduct various tests according to customer requirements.
• Analyze and report test results in speech and writing.
• Create instructions, methods, and routines for testing work.
• Be responsible for the laboratory and its equipment.
• Perform internal calibration of instruments in consultation with QC.
• Actively participate in improvement and change work.
• Plan and prioritize tests and provide regular results.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and enjoys practical work. You have experience in project management and process optimization as well as good communication skills. To succeed in the role, it is important that you enjoy hands-on work while also being able to analyze and present data.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, or 5S.
• Experience in optimization and business development.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English.

Experience with test rigs is a merit.
